retracted: PHYSICAL TRAINING IN THE FORMATION OF PROFESSIONAL AND IMPORTANT QUALITIES OF MILITARY GRADUATES

The results of the experimental research of the formation of important professional qualities in future officers of radio-technical speciality of Air Defence and Defence Forces with the use of modelling technique in relation to physical training of higher military school, as well as experimental work on the study of the degree of formation of military and professional qualities of personality of cadets, characterizing the changes of objects under the influence of the built experimental system and measures taken in the study, are analysed.

It is concluded that the effectiveness of the developed training technology, applied methods, techniques and practices, together with the physical training tools used, ensure and guarantee the successful achievement of the final competence-based educational outcomes and programme standards in physical training.
