Аннотация
В статье рассматривается система дистанционного обучения иностранным языкам в вузе. Представлено немалое количество проблем, решение которых заключается в привлечении дистанционного обучения с использованием цифровых технологий. Особое внимание уделяется правильности организации самого процесса дистанционного обучения. При переходе на дистанционное обучение значительное внимание автор статьи уделяет системе контроля и мониторинга знаний по всем видам речевой деятельности, а также использованию электронных учебников, площадок, кейс-технологий, привлечению аудио- и телеконференций, что сделает дистанционное обучение иностранным языкам конкурентоспособной формой обучения.
1. Introduction
Since the ancient times, the issue beset with younger generation education and upbringing was one of the most important ones facing different societies. Enlighteners and thinkers of all times generated a considerable number of writings and sayings concerning the topic in question, because in any society the young generation is a care of great potential and significance; our new Tajik society is no exception. That's why the Government of the country has been paying particular attention to the relevant issue. In systematic Addresses of the Founder of Peace and National Unity – Leader of the Nation, Tajikistan Republic President Emomali Rahmon to the Majlisi Oli of Tajikistan Republic (January 26, 2021) every year special attention is paid to science and education . Students` self-sufficient work (SSW) is considered to be one of the most key components of the educational process. Regardless of the profession acquired and the nature of work, any novice-specialist must have fundamental knowledge, professional skills and abilities of his/her profile, experience in both creative and research activities to solve new problems being faced with the latter in social and evaluative activities . All these components of education are formed precisely in the process of students' self-sufficient work, since it presupposes the maximum individualization of each student's activities and can be considered as a means of improving creative individuality simultaneously. “Of great significance in the educational process while teaching speaking in a foreign language are conferences held with using a variety of Internet resources enabling all conference participants to exchange written messages (i.e. to improve foreign language writing skills) both in synchronous and asynchronous mode” .
2. Research methods and principles
The object of the corpus of our study is the problems beset with distance tuition of foreign languages at a university by dint of social and intercultural communication at higher educational establishments in the course of their study of a foreign language.
The subject of the corpus of our study is a means of communicative culture competence formation and development, including an ability ensuring the effectiveness of the issue in question based on the canvassed language.
The purpose of the corpus of our study is traditionally established forms of the educational environment, it is impossible to meet the current needs of modern students in knowledge.
The article under consideration dwells on the system of distance tuition of foreign languages at a university. In our article, a detailed analysis in regard to the problems of English teaching to a modern student in a classroom group was canvassed. A considerable number of problems are presented, solution of which is to attract distance tuition using digital technologies. We pay particular attention to correctness of the organization of distance tuition process itself. Advantages of such training are underscored and are said about the need for using all types of speech activity. In the course of resorting to distance tuition, we pay significant attention to the control and monitoring system of knowledge for all types of speech activity, as well as usage of electronic textbooks, platforms, case technologies, attraction of audio and teleconferences, which will make distance tuition of foreign languages a competitive form of education

The solution to the relevant situation is an individual approach implementation, that is, these students need to allocate some part of time in foreign language lessons, so that the teacher works with students separately. It should be borne in mind that self-sufficient work implementation cannot be carried out to the detriment of other students, who master with the materials faster. To solve the relevant number of problems in modern pedagogy, they use possibilities of information technologies, namely, DT. The essence of DT is the possibility of learning at a distance, in an environment where teachers and students are separated by space. However, the actual problem is the correct organization of DT process itself. Since distance tuition is a relatively new method in most Russian universities, the process of organizing and building the educational process is a real test of level of knowledge and competence of teachers in teaching foreign languages. Difficulties arise, since it is necessary not only to correctly submit material in foreign languages, but to make sure how deeply students master the material either

Advantages of distance tuition include: opportunities for students to independently choose the time to study materials; incentive to develop independence and self-discipline; a high level of convenience in teaching students burdened with family work; a condition for the "mobility" of the educational process, since the materials are available anywhere on any electronic device. The leading component in teaching foreign languages at a university is not the basics of science, but activities such as speaking, listening, reading, writing. In the course of distance tuition of foreign languages students' work should be organized in such a way that they autonomously, while supervising tutors, perform all possible types of activities. In the course of distance tuition for reading, each student must read and practice this type of activity on their own. In the case when the purpose of training is to study the rules of reading, the content of the educational reference book (printed or electronic) should include the rules for reading letters and letter combinations, exercises for applying these rules when reading individual words and sentences. Today, there are a number of programs able to determine by ear the correctness of the words being read . When the goal of training is to teach comprehension skills while reading foreign language literature, it is necessary to think over various options for controlling the level of comprehension. As a means of control, it is possible to use testing, questions, retelling and many other tasks. In the course of distance tuition to read students must fulfill the requirements of manual developed in advance by the teachers, keep diaries, which will reflect the work done on the texts, the questions for a teacher, answers to questions of leadership, fulfillment of control tasks .
5. Conclusion
In a nutshell, one can underscore that the competent development of both didactic and technical side of distance tuition of foreign languages at universities, regular and professional support of students their high motivation and the availability of necessary number of technical teaching aids, electronic educational resources will make distance tuition of foreign languages a competitive form of education as well. Since distance tuition has every opportunity to teach students all types of speech activity, as well as to form communicative competence, which is the main goal of foreign languages teaching, on the whole.
