samples without cDNA were used as negative controls. In this experiment we applied a lot of protocols from different sources to get PCR results for thyroglobulin; but despite everything, we only got results for one primer of thyroglobulin, which is M1, which was on 940 bp; this result was analyzed and used in the rest of this research work with nanoparticles and their effect on bacteria cells
