Abstract

The paper presents the main aspects of the use in the of motor rehabilitation of people with disabilities and social and health tourism.

Now in Russia the number of people with mental and physical disabilities is increasing. It is promoted by a number of adverse social, economic, environmental, and other factors. The problem of rehabilitation of such children, including the means of physical education, rather important also because a large number of people with disabilities after intensive rehabilitation procedures and increased physical activity are in need of sports and directed the implementation of their achievements.

Social tourism for disabled people in Russia first developed mainly within the framework of the All-Russian Society for the Deaf and the All-Russian Society for the Blind. The main focus of tourism in these organizations were competitions, weekend trips and hiking holidays. Tourism for the elderly as a separate stream did not exist. Health tourism is a more "gentle", a simple and affordable to attract the largest number of participants. Just as sports tourism, it brings the living space of the disabled and the elderly to the living space of healthy people and contributes to their mental rehabilitation.

The man who became disabled in adulthood and retained the ability to move, has the opportunity communicate with nature, because he has the necessary skills, skills. Some disabled people can not begin to go camping without assistance.

We carried out a study to determine the influence of Nordic Walking, walking on the social rehabilitation of people with disabilities. It is noted that the majority of people with disabilities has been uncoordinated, accuracy and rate of movement, as well as various disorders of the musculoskeletal system. Movement have been slowed and clumsy. And when executed, any activity that requires switching movements or quick change poses great difficulties arose. Attention is notable for its instability. Extremely weak active attention hinders the achievement of the goal. Two disabled hardly operate on existing ideas. Thinking they unspecified, inconsistent.

After a cycle of rehabilitation wellness swimming lessons in the winter with a group of disabled people, the technology was developed lessons with this category of people and social and recreational tourism. Has been previously interviewed with disabilities , with which it was revealed that all involved agreed on minor health walks in the forest area of "Paths of Health" and " Olympic lanes ", in a natural environment , where they are included in the actual situation of street motor actions . During a walking they were formed not only vital skills , but they overcame various obstacles. Health walks were lasting from 45 minutes to 1 hour. People with disabilities willingly walked a route and communicate with their peers. Very popular was the route to " samovar " to " Path of Health ". In the hot weather, poured water . And also on the " Path of Health " is present rough road , with ups and downs , which positively affected the body of people in this category . During a walking involved combined to perform various general developmental exercises with a variety of cross-country movement , and attended dosed rest.

At the beginning of the study was conducted by questionnaire assessing the mental and emotional stress. According to the questionnaire results almost all people with disabilities are in constant tension, can not remove it yourself. Apparently it affects the degree of characteristics and the disease. Therefore, in the classroom for improving walking and walks task was - reducing mental stress and creating a supportive and relaxed environment.

After a walking engaged in improved appetite, sleep, there was a moderate fatigue, after which people with disabilities can feel more comfortable because the load on the muscular system, then there is a relaxation of muscles, which promotes partial reduction of spasticity movements in the limbs.

Thus, health and wellness tourism is an effective means of physical and moral perfection of man. Numerous scientific studies show that physiological parameters of the human body is directly affected by the volume of its beneficial physical activity. In the case of tourism activities to the fore increase the functionality of the endocrine and immune systems at relatively constant or some increase in capacity of the musculoskeletal system.

Tourism for people with disabilities life chances is a relatively new and rapidly developing field of tourism. The social importance of tourism for special populations due, in particular, by the fact that the relative and absolute number of persons with different types of restrictions life opportunities is growing steadily. Tourism in all its forms is useful as a means of mass recovery of the population of all ages because of its accessibility, as the weekend hiking trips and even the first or second category of difficulty are available to almost every person who does not have a serious disease, with normal physical development. But for people with disabilities sports tourism is a serious test.
