On the Cooperation Between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Singapore at the Present Stage

The article highlights the dynamics of the development of Russia–Singapore relations at the turn of the 21st century. Over the past two decades, there has been an intensification of bilateral Russia-Singapore relations, their development and expansion in new areas. The problem of preserving and strengthening the positions of the Russian Federation in the region of Southeast Asia is now more relevant than ever. The interaction between the countries takes place in different trajectories. The article discusses diplomatic, investment, trade and economic, scientific and educational, cultural, and other aspects of cooperation between the two countries. Despite significant differences in history, political system, geographical location, the countries are at the beginning of their path to effective and mutually beneficial cooperation, which can last for many years.

FAMILY TRADITIONS IN MODERN SOCIETY

The family is one of the institutions of society that ensure its stability and replenishment of the population. Family traditions imply regularly repeated actions of family members aimed at strengthening it and uniting familial ties. The article presents an analysis of the family traditions of modern society based on the survey of maternity patients who are officially married. And the study shows that in most cases leisure is realized in the form of holidays, joint trips and trips to the country. Labor traditions are supported by joint work in the country with harvesting for the winter period. Caring for close relatives prevails in the list of traditions and values of a family. Most of the multiparous women pointed to the tradition of family reading, which is an important pastime for children. Needlework, board games, and cooking prevail among the joint hobbies of modern families. Despite the transformations in the socio-economic and political spheres of modern public life, the study noted the observance of family traditions that positively affect the relationship between parents and children.

CHARACTERISTICS OF PREREQUISITES FOR THE INTRODUCTION OF UNIVERSAL BASIC INCOME IN TODAY’S RUSSIA

The paper analyzes the key prerequisites for making a decision on the introduction of the mechanism of universal basic income into the practice of social protection of the population. Among them, the authors include the following: a low standard of living and a high degree of income polarization of the population; a decrease in the level of social protection of employees due to ongoing transformations in the sphere of labor and employment; problems of functioning and administration of the social protection system. The analysis determines the main characteristics of each of the considered prerequisites indicating an insufficient level of social guarantees to the population and its social security. The analysis allows the authors to conclude on the possible advantages of the mechanism of unconditional basic income in comparison with the current system of social security and social protection of the population.

The article analyzes the processes of technical development, which have internal determinants on which technological logic is based, and external determinants associated with the logic of social and cultural dynamics. As a sociocultural phenomenon, technology and technological equipment cannot be excluded from the general context of human culture. Today, the idea that technological equipment and technology are not only included in culture but are also priority components in modern civilizations, where they are becoming more widespread, which leads to the dominance of technical rationalism. The authors point out new aspects in the relationship between man and technology, among which two main aspects can be distinguished: the border between man and machine, the problem of natural and artificial intelligence and the way of human life in the world of technology and technological equipment.

This article discusses the impact of intercultural communication on the sphere of business communication. The concept of “satisfaction” is a state of pleasure when the result obtained either coincides with the expectation or exceeds it. The interest in satisfaction with medical care is primarily related to the definition of the quality of medical care. There is no single definition of the quality of medical care. In many ways, this concept depends on the level of economic development of the country, as well as the scientific, cultural and social components, the general level of education of the population, etc. Each country has its own requirements for the quality of medical care. To determine the satisfaction of patients with the quality of medical care, a complex indicator is allocated that reflects the degree of compliance of these conditions of medical care with the patient’s expectations. The satisfaction indicator is completely subjective, and the level of satisfaction is not directly related to the quality of medical care provided. In addition, it is always necessary to pay attention to the characteristics of patients, their socio-cultural and economic status, which can also affect the consumer’s attitude to the services received.

CONFLICTS IN HIGHER EDUCATION: TYPES, CAUSES, CONSEQUENCES

The article examines two classifications of conflicts that are complementary but not contradictory to each other. The first classification traditional, describing the conflict based on the interacting subjects, and suggesting a division into intrapersonal, interpersonal, intergroup and socio-role conflicts. The second classification reflects the levels at which conflicts arise in higher education. It is based on the competitive struggle for the possession (disposal) of resources, as well as conflicting norms, interests and needs of the parties participating in the conflict. The study draws attention to the fact that the conflict in a university unfolds in the conditions of the educational process but is not always associated with it.

The article briefly touches upon the existing mechanisms of resolution, forms of control and minimization of conflicts.

CONCEPTUAL MODELING OF ESG RATINGS: A NEW APPROACH TO COLLECTIVE DECISION-MAKING

The ESG approach is a set of standards used by investors when considering investment opportunities. Obtaining such standards is a task solved by rating agencies. Today, these organizations use various methods for calculating ESG ratings. Each methodology is a procedure for obtaining a structured set of expert assessments covering the economic activity of an enterprise. The paper proposes to organize methodological evaluation procedures based on the principles of smart technologies as a collective conceptual work of all participants in the economic activity of the enterprise reflected in the methodology. As a tool for such an organization, the study proposes to use a visual ontology of a special kind. The proposed approach has the following advantages: reflection of all stages of the evaluation procedure in a single visible form and collective scaling of the provisions of rating methods, as well as the collection and processing of data based on them. The features of building a visual ontology are explained through examples.

The article presents the main methodological orientations, namely sociological realism, sociological nominalism, constructivism, coming from various basic sociological categories. The author also examines the disadvantages of each orientation. The article attempts to derive a new basic sociological category in the form of a separate quality of the carrier of a social phenomenon based on the method of ascent from the abstract to the concrete and overcoming the anthropocentric approach in sociology. The theoretical consequences of the choice of this sociological category are examined from the positions of nominalism and realism, empirical and theoretical sociology, social and psychological, the possibilities of sociological naturalism, holism and reductionism.

The purpose of this review article is to analyze statistical indicators that reveal the “core” of corruption, which is most widespread in the Republic of Tatarstan. As a result of sociological surveys of the population of the Republic of Tatarstan, the study shows that among the reasons that can explain the existence of corruption are insufficiently strict control over the actions of officials, their incomes and expenses, inadequate punishment for corruption, and their individual decisions , a low level of legal culture and an unstable economic situation.

The article presents the results of a theoretical analysis of modern approaches to the use of the developing potential of social and cultural and leisure practices of youth, which confirms the relevance of examining this subject area. As part of the research, the authors conducted a survey among the students of regional universities of Stavropol Krai; the survey determined significant cultural, leisure, social practices implemented during the study period and typical for the social group under study. Based on empirical research data, the study developed models of socio-cultural activity of future specialists. The study identifies a positive influence of cultural, leisure and social practices on the success of educational adaptation during university studies as well as the development of motivation for professional self-determination and the formation of future specialists.

Mosco theory): media production, digital technology production and classical production of goods and services. All three spheres are closely interconnected, while each sphere preserves both the old problems of capitalism and forms new ones. ON THE METHOD OF PAIRED COMPARISONS IN THE ASSESSMENT OF TEACHERS’ PROFESSIONAL DEFICITS

The article discusses the experience of developing a sociological survey tool based on the method of paired comparisons and processing the results obtained. This toolkit was used within the framework of the project “A Comprehensive Study of Professional Deficits and Difficulties of Teachers of Krasnoyarsk Krai”. As a result of the survey, the teachers of Krasnoyarsk Krai shared their feedback on those professional competencies that they consider more difficult or deficient. This made it possible to determine the ranks of professional deficits of teachers of the regional education system, differences in professional deficits of different age and gender groups of teachers and to identify profiles by professional deficits. This allows the authors to confirm the applicability of using the method of paired comparisons to assess professional deficits not only of teachers or in the field of education, but also to assess deficits and difficulties of other professional groups, types of economic activity, and employees of individual organizations.

The development of computerization and Internetization contributed to the expansion of opportunities for the use of digital technologies. With the skillful and timely introduction of innovations in this area, each enterprise can become a leader or at least ensure its competitiveness and stable position in the market. At the same time, the ongoing transformations, while improving the technical and economic subsystems of enterprises, often also destroy the socio-psychological ones. Digitalization expands the capabilities of enterprises and specialists. They become more free and independent in their decisions, take part in project and virtual teams in accordance with their interests, can constantly switch in their activities from one job to another, become more mobile and flexible in their decisions. However, this leads to a loss of trust, responsibility to each other, lack of joint experiences, which is everything that indicates a team. The consequence is an increase in the situation of uncertainty, disorder, which destroys the foundations of institutionalization, order and security.
