Lastly, the article finds that for the successful implementation of the pension reform in the Russian Federation, it is necessary to improve the demographic situation, otherwise raising the retirement age in the current conditions will lead to a reduction in the working-age population and its labor productivity along with the development of the shadow economy.

ON THE INFLUENCE PSYCHOLOGICAL ATTRIBUTES OF INDIVIDUALS ON THE STRUCTURE OF SOCIETY AND THE ECONOMY

Posted in 2021, Issue №4 (106) April 2021, SOCIOLOGY | 0 comments

This paper examines how the image of society is determined by the primary psychological attributes of an individual. The thesis is substantiated that futurological forecasts and sociological projects of society management are most effective when taking into account the attributive properties of individuals who make up society. This implies the rejection of structures that impose an uncharacteristic symmetry on society (by forcing termites to fold a termite mound in the shape of a star, we will see that their performance will decrease). If society has a symmetry corresponding to the primary attributes of individuals, then everyone will have the maximum freedom to exercise their primary motives, or to achieve happiness. According to the sociological survey (n = 90), internal (age, gender, interests, personal abilities) and external (family traditions, employment opportunities, income, education) factors were identified that determine the rational individual choice of activities, which may contradict the collective interests aimed at preserving traditional crafts in the village of Tuong Binh Hiep. The sociological study allowed the authors to determine the current trend of choosing an occupation by the residents of the traditional craft village in the context of urbanization.
