PRIVATE PROPERTY IS MALIGNANT NEOPLASM

Posted in 2021, Issue №8 (110) August 2021, SOCIOLOGY | 0 comments

You can stand out from the crowd with something unique: by force, mind, talent, beauty, skill, skill. If you have nothing that makes you a person, then the property that belongs to you is used. Property is a substitution of a feature. The internal development of a person is replaced by external development, the self-affirmation of a person has gone along the path of increasing property. The unfettered economic space guaranteed an unlimited increase in wealth and led to a growing gap between the rich and the poor. The only way to get rid of the over-concentration of property is to get rid of property altogether. THE ROLE OF STAKEHOLDERS IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF PROFESSIONAL SKILLS OF GRADUATES OF TECHNICAL AND VOCATIONAL EDUCATION AND TRAINING

Posted in 2021, Issue №8 (110) August 2021, SOCIOLOGY | 0 comments

The study discusses the processes of forming an institutional framework for attracting stakeholders that ensures the employment of graduates of technical and vocational education and training in Rwanda (TVET). The purpose of the study is to develop a mechanism for involving stakeholders in the formation of graduate skills necessary for work, as well as a mechanism for ensuring successful competition in the labor market. The research poses the following questions: 1.What is the nature and purpose of stakeholder participation? 2.What is the mechanism for involving stakeholders in TVET? 3. What existing scientific approaches can be used as a basis for developing a mechanism for involving stakeholders?

It is established that in order to meet the requirements of employers, the government needs to support the participation of stakeholders.

The study was based on the positional conflict theory (Brown et al., 2003) and the theory of overlapping spheres of influence (Joyce Epstein, 1987).

The results show a positive contribution of the involvement of stakeholders in the employment of TVET graduates in Rwanda. However, there is a gap in the approach and the process of involving stakeholders.

The scientific novelty lies in the fact that the theory of positional conflict (Brown, 2003) and the theory of overlapping spheres of influence (Joyce Epstein, 1987) are proposed as a methodological basis for the formation of an effective mechanism of involvement. The participation of stakeholders in career guidance and counseling of future TVET graduates improves their employment opportunities.
