The implementation of the “One Belt One Way” initiative led to a significant increase in the influence of the PRC in Central Asia, which does not always result in a positive reaction from the authorities of this region. The article presents the characteristic features of Mexico interaction with the NAFTA partner countries. The opinions of authoritative experts on the issue of cooperation within the framework of this association are noted. Based on the analysis of relations, the significant consequences of Mexico participation in NAFTA in social and economic spheres are highlighted. Particular attention is paid to the social component of the consequences due to the practical lack of research in this field. The conclusions given in the article can be used to develop mechanisms for joint interstate cooperation in similar asymmetric associations.

This article examines the problem of the relationship between crowdsourcing and public relations in the context of modern public policy development.

Thanks to the research conducted by A.A.Ukhtomsky and I.L.Vikentiev, the article clarifies the features of public behavior on the example of performance art, which must be taken into account in the process of public policy implementation.

The author comes to the conclusion that crowdsourcing as a global political technology and public relations as a science have become important factors in the development of modern public policy. They give it new qualities associated with global communication, destroy traditional boundaries of understanding each other’s actors and create the conditions for the multi-variance of decisions that bring it (public policy) to a completely different level of development.

CONTENT ANALYSIS OF PUBLICATIONS IN THE YAKUT INTERNET MEDIA ON THE TOPIC OF “RALLIES AGAINST CORRUPTION IN RUSSIA”

The article presents the results of content analysis for the purpose of studying the publications in the Yakut Internet media on the topic of “Rallies against Corruption in Russia.” 8 of the largest Yakut news websites were selected, including 3 state and 5 independent websites. The time interval for conducting content analysis encompasses March 2, 2017 – May 7, 2017. It was a period of active rallies throughout Russia. In total, 82 publications in the Yakut Internet media were selected and analyzed, 1113 mentions were found. It is revealed that the Yakut Internet media basically keep a neutral stance regarding the coverage of rallies against corruption; they represent both Russian news and regional news. The topic of the rallies turned out to be relevant among the users of the Yakut Internet media and caused discussions in the comments under publications.

COMPARISON OF RUSSIA’S AND THE US FORCES IN ASEAN

ASEAN is an association of states with a population of more than 626 million people and GDP growth of 5.4% [16]. South-East Asia is a region where countries have their own values and a common point of view concerning the implementation of the concept of good-neighborliness. This region was one of the few where Russia and the US fought for the realization of their interests. The economic potential of this region is significant for the Russian military market. Russia and the United States are looking for new opportunities to develop their bilateral cooperation with each country in South-East Asia in terms of both defense and technology. Russian nuclear technology not only represents economic value for Russia, but is also one of the directions of Russia’s foreign policy aimed at helping the region, as well as new polar countries to gain self-sufficiency. The stronger the state power is the sooner the balance of power is created, where each country will control another one, respect the presence and interests of other states.

Intensive policy of Russia and the United States in Southeast Asia can be characterized by broad activities and cooperation of both countries with the ASEAN countries, both on bilateral basis and in the context of regional cooperation. Intensive politics and cooperation have become a certain parameter of intimacy and relations between the countries and have acquired an important role of the state in the region. Next, there will be a comparison of the number, type and effectiveness of programs for cooperation between Russia and the United States with the ASEAN countries. If there is such a comparison, the interest of both countries in ASEAN will be known.

A state administration should become more flexible, interact with social and business structures, in order to solve social problems, create opportunities, and strengthen the institutions aimed at the development of a city and a society as a whole. The policy aimed at the satisfaction of the interests of the stakeholders of a territory, namely: population, business structures, investors, visitors can lead to conflicts. In terms of promoting a territory, governments should set the goal on achieving a synergistic effect, by satisfying the interests of several stakeholders, interacting with different stakeholders.

The role of ideology in contemporary political discourse of China is studied; its facets are singled out.

The author comes to the conclusion that semantic analysis of the concepts of “harmonious society,” “Chinese dream,” “one belt and one path” demonstrate a connection between the political strategy and the information and communication components of these concepts, conditioned by the peculiarities of the Chinese language.
