The article describes the method of cooling milk on dairy commodity farms with simultaneous heating of water in water towers in order to prevent their freezing during the winter period, as well as to obtain warm water for animals and technological needs. At the same time, there is no need for installation and energy consumption for the operation of refrigeration equipment for cooling milk and water heating systems.

REDUCTION ROASTING OF MANGANESE ORE IN USHKATYN-III DEPOSIT

Manganese ore plays a significant role in the technical progress of many industries, science and technology. The bulk (about 95%) of manganese ore, this highly important strategic metal, is produced in the form of ferroalloys (ferromanganese and silico-manganese, complex manganese-containing alloys) and is used in the smelting of various types of steel as a deoxidizer and alloying agent. When alloying, manganese ore has a grinding effect on steel, increases its strength, increases the volume of the curvature, and improves malleability and rollability of steel. Iron and non-ferrous industry, electro-technic, electronic and chemical industries, as well as ceramic and glass production, are the main consumers of manganese ore. More than 90% of the manufactured manganese ore is used in iron metallurgy. Manganese ore is used as an additive to steel for deoxidation, disulphurisation, and alloying.

Demand for manganese ore at the world market is constantly increasing. The total world reserves of manganese ore are estimated at 23 billion tons. Kazakhstan has some of the largest reserves of manganese ores, taking the 3rd place in the world from the point of view of reserves. Kazakhstan has 36 deposits and 163 ore manifestation with active reserves of 426 million tons, taking into account the anticipated reserves of some 600 million tons. 10 deposits out of the known ones are mined; the biggest ones are Western Kavarazh (with reserves of 286.2 million tons) and Ushkatyn III (88.9 million). The majority of manganese ores are concentrated (98%) mostly in Central Kazakhstan, 70% are represented by iron-manganese.

The paper presents the results of determining the best parameters for the reducing roasting of manganese ore from the Ushkatyn-III deposit: temperature – 70000С, duration 90 min, consumption of reducing agent 9% in the form of chark from Shubarkol coal.

PARALLEL TRANSFER OF BINARY COMMUNICATIONS BY LINEAR INDEPENDENT SIGNALS

The article discusses the parallel transfer of binary messages. Before transmission, the binary message is divided into blocks. Block elements are transmitted simultaneously and transmitted using elementary signals of the same length. Thus, the signals corresponding to the elements of each block completely overlap in time. The specific cost bandwidth, peak factor, and noise immunity of the transmission were analyzed. The use of linearly independent signals in comparison with orthogonal signals allows obtaining acceptable specific costs of the frequency band with a smaller number of elementary signals and, accordingly, a smaller peak factor. However, this deteriorates the noise immunity. The use of orthogonal signals in comparison with linearly independent signals allows obtaining significantly better noise immunity regardless of the number of elementary signals. Orthogonal signals are given which, in comparison with sinusoidal orthogonal signals, make it possible to obtain acceptable unit costs of a frequency band with a smaller number of elementary signals.

This paper discusses the technology of harvesting grass forage for hay with the help of the equipment for drying hay rolls by active ventilation. Studies of nutrient losses during drying in the field and losses during adverse weather are presented in the work.

HEAT TREATMENT OF 3D PRINTED PRODUCTS FROM PLASTICS

This article presents the results of the work aimed at improving the strength of products obtained by 3d prototyping on an experimental 3d printer. It is shown that for these purposes it is advisable to conduct heat treatment of products made of PLA plastic. The conducted studies allowed determining the most efficient heat treatment mode consisting in heating to a temperature of 100 °C holding for an hour and cooling in calm air. It is also shown that the heat treatment of products made of ABS plastic does not lead to an increase in strength characteristics.

This paper presents the method of well location prediction in oil production. The existing types of wells and their purpose are considered. The main characteristics of the edge, marginal and boundary waterflooding are described. On the basis of the studied data, the comparison of the floods was made and the best option of the floodwater system was chosen. After that, various options for well placement were considered and analyzed. Well grid density was calculated, as well as the ratio of the initial recoverable oil reserves to the total number of wells.

DEVELOPMENT OF DRUM-ROLLER TUBEROUS ROOT CLEANER

IKM-5 washer-chopper is the basic machine in the existing feeding preparation lines for the tuberous root. Increased contamination of the tuberous root, arising from combine harvesting, leads to a decrease in IKM-5 productivity, increased water consumption, and pollution of the workplace. In order to eliminate these drawbacks, it is advisable to use dry-dry cleaning in the processing lines of the root-and-vegetable crops. The experimental system was developed to study the work of the drum-roller cleaner. It allows studying the influence of such factors as drum rotation frequency, roller rotation frequency, and cleaner length on the efficiency of tuberous root cleaning with a drum-roller cleaner. The frequency of rollers rotation is changed by shifting the replacement pulleys on the motor shaft. The working length of the rollers is changed by the system, inside the drum of replaceable cylinders, covering a part of the working surface of the drum.

APPLICATION OF AIR-OZONE ENVIRONMENT FOR CONSERVATION OF CAULINE FEED

The authors studied the peculiarities of the influence of the air-ozone environment on the quality indicators of cauline feed during storage. Samples of cauline vegetable feed with humidity of 20%, 24%, and 35% were used in work. Ozone was obtained on the original experimental assembly by the method of barrier discharge. The range of doses studied is from 120 to 25*103 mg*min/m3. Conservation of nutrients was selected as the leading indicators, and the temperature of the samples was selected as indirect indicators. The data obtained in the course of the research indicate the effectiveness of the effect of the air-ozone medium on the cauline feed.

In addition, the relevance of the development of high-precision fuel flow meter for internal combustion engines (ICE) is due to the need to assess their fuel efficiency and technical condition in the context of a constant increase in energy prices and increasing environmental requirements for road transport. The article discusses various development trends and concepts for creating high-precision fuel flow meters, the issues of using such flow meters for diagnosing the operation of engines of machine-tractor units, the possibility of their mass production and use on a massive scale.
