DEVELOPMENT OF FLOATING SYNTHETIC FILTER DEVICE

The article provides the rationale for an improved design of a floating mobile filtering device with high-quality filtration of river water for the supply of settlements. Membrane fabric of the original structure plays the role of a filter, made of high-strength synthetic materials resistant to rotting and corrosion. Fabric filters provide preliminary mechanical purification of water from suspended particles, phyto- and zooplankton, impermeable to fish, algae and debris. The economic costs of manufacturing, installing and operating the proposed device are significantly lower than those of existing water intakes.

APPLYING METHODS OF SPATIAL INTERPOLATION TO HYDROLOGICAL DATA ON EXAMPLE OF RECEPTION BASIN OF KARUN RIVER (IRAN)

The authors consider two spatial interpolation methods: the inverse distance method (IDW) and the Kriging method. The mapping of the distribution of the drain coefficient by the above-mentioned methods was made, the actual and interpolated values were compared as well. It was found that the IDW method is suitable for interpolating the values of a sufficiently large number of points located uniformly along the reception basin under consideration; Kriging method allowed to obtain smooth contours of hydrological characteristics that summarize information on the territory.

RELATIONSHIPS OF PHYSICAL AND MECHANICAL PROPERTIES OF SLIDING SURFACES OF FOREST MACHINES

The goal of this article is to assess the relationship of the deformation modulus, specific adhesion and the angle of internal friction of various types of soils with resistance to sounding. Research methods include the analysis of reference information, computational experiment, an approximation of the calculated data. The following calculated values of the mechanical properties are analyzed: coarse-grained sand, medium-grained sand, fine-grained sand, silty sand, sandy loam, loam and clay soil. It is established that the angle of internal friction and the specific cohesion of sandy soils, sandy loam, loam, and clayey soil are related to the total strain modulus by power dependences. The coefficients included in the formulas depend on the type of soil and, according to the results of processing the calculated data, are invariant concerning the coefficient of porosity and the consistency of soil. It is shown that soil resistance to sounding is related to the modulus of deformation by a power dependence, the coefficients of which are determined by the type of soil, they are invariant concerning its coefficient of porosity and consistency. The obtained calculated values of the cone index agree with the reference data on the resistance to sounding of mixed soils. The dependencies are intended to simplify the procedure for estimating the mechanical properties of the bearing surface since, with a known soil type from the value of the deformation modulus or a tapered index, it becomes possible to calculate the soil parameters characterizing shear resistance.

MATHEMATICAL MODEL OF THE IMPACT OF THE PROPELLING DEVICE ON THICKENING FOREST SOIL

The goal of the presented article is to develop the mathematical model of the interaction process between a track mover of a machine and a ground, its properties change directly during the interaction. The provisions of the theory of road transport movement under off-road conditions are the basis for the study, and mathematical analysis. The basis of the mathematical model is the interaction scheme between the track mover and the deformable soil massif of limited thickness placed on a rigid non-deformable base. When developing the model, the authors used a power-law dependence of the deformation modulus on the density of the soil, changing under the influence of the mover stamp following the relative compression of the soil mass. The solution of the equation for stamp precipitation is obtained in the form of Taylor polynomials, this allows to obtain the calculated value of the track depth without resorting to iterations, which simplifies the development of automated workplaces designed to estimate the indicators of the interaction of equipment with the cutting areas at the stage of wood harvesting. On the example of the interaction of thrusters of forest machines with weak forest soils it is shown that the calculated values of the depth of the gauge, obtained with the use of proposed mathematical model, differ markedly from the values obtained by calculation at a constant value of the deformation modulus. So, having a pressure within the range of 0.06-0.1 MPa, which is characteristic of the interaction of wheeled movers of forest machines with the ground, the predicted values of the track depth are lower by 30-60%. In conclusion, promising areas for further development are noted, consisting in the study of changes in the physical and mechanical properties of the soil, which characterize the resistance of soils to shear and the development of mathematical models that take into account the loss of bearing capacity of the soil, the calculated value of which also changes during compaction.

In modern and promising digital telecommunication systems, signals with M-ary phase shift keying are widely used. The article discusses various methods for calculating the bit error probability for coherent reception of signals with M-ary phase shift keying in the communication channel with constant parameters and additive white Gaussian noise. The calculations of the bit error probability are carried out using exact and approximate formulas. Recommendations on the choice of approximate formulas for estimating the bit probability of error are justified.

The experience of introducing digital technologies in the farming in the Krasnoyarsk Territory is described in the paper. On the example of experimental production farm Minino, the authors show the use of the remote ground sounding methods, geoinformation technologies, and geoportal capabilities, a digital model of the EIF Minino was formed, which makes it possible to effectively solve agromonitoring tasks. The access to prepared thematic maps is implemented on the basis of interactive web-mapping tools in a standard Internet browser and through map-based web services for geographic information systems.

However, the use of such compressors on high-performance units leads to the need to solve the problem of ensuring high performance at a relatively low frequency of compressor rotation and small dimensions. Therefore, this article analyzes the possibility of replacing a centrifugal steam compressor with a bulk-type compressor, which can potentially reduce the rotational speed (and, therefore, bearing load) of the steam compressor.

CHOOSING OPTIMAL PREHEATING HEAT EXCHANGERS FOR EVAPORATING UNIT

The distillation desalination plant with mechanical vapor compression consists of several main units, including an evaporator-condenser unit, a steam compressor unit, a heat exchanger preheating unit and a vacuum unit. The purpose of the preheating heat exchanger unit is to bring the source water temperature to a value close to the boiling point. At the same time, for high energy efficiency of the unit, it is necessary for the temperature pressure in these heat exchangers to be minimal, and that leads to large areas of heat exchange surfaces and, consequently, weight and size characteristics. However, the high mass and dimensions adversely affect the mobility of the proposed installation, which leads to the need to minimize these parameters. This article presents a comparative analysis of three types of preheater heat exchangers and the choice of the optimal one as a heat exchanger for preheating a distillation desalination plant.

MICRO POWERPLANT WITH ENGINE WITH EXTERNAL HEAT SUPPLY, WORKING ON ENERGY OF HEAT LOSSES OF COKE PRODUCTION

A micro powerplant with an engine with an external heat supply generates electrical energy for the company’s own needs using heat loss from coke production. The basis of a micro thermal power plant is an external heat supply engine based on the Stirling principle. In this paper, authors take into account the positive results, experience, and achievements of foreigners, to create own design. The article presents some results of research on the efficiency of the engine with external heat supply. The article also shows the main technical characteristics of the model. In order to achieve high engine efficiency, it is necessary to get effective heating and cooling of a body. The article provides solutions to these problems.

In addition, the article presents a simulation of the process of increasing pressure with the application of a computer program, which clearly shows all the performance characteristics of the engine.

The paper is devoted to computer simulation of an autonomous mobile robot system. The review of publications and analogs is carried out, the block diagram and design of the developed robotic complex is presented as well. A search for the concept of the robot body is carried out, and a gradual process of its three-dimensional modeling is presented. The hull lines are created using high-poly modeling. The process of setting up and assigning materials based on polygonal elements of the model is described. The visualizer is selected, and the light sources are installed, the final scenes of the scene visualization with the robot are shown.

PRESSURE FLUCTUATION METER

An immersion pressure fluctuation meter with autonomous operation is described in the paper. The use of modern methods of interferometric measurements, optimization of the device design made it possible to obtain a high accuracy of measuring pressure fluctuations in a wide frequency range. The presence of sensors outside and inside the device allows for the correction of graphs for recording pressure variations depending on changes in the temperature of the interferometer and outboard water. The meter can be used in versions with cable or autonomous power. In order to provide autonomous work, a container connected to the device, supplied with batteries, systems for collecting and accumulating information, has been developed.

PROTECTION OF SUBMERSIBLE ELECTRIC PUMPS FOR RURAL WATER SUPPLY FROM EMERGENCY OPERATION MODES

Electric pump units are used for the centralized water supply of livestock farms and rural settlements. Uninterrupted water supply depends on the reliable, trouble-free operation of the submersible pump motor.

In Smolensk Agricultural Research Institute they developed a device for automatic control of submersible pumps with new submersible motor protection against emergency failure. The device contains protection from hazardous operation modes: frequently repeated changes in the supply voltage of the electric motor of the submersible pump, simultaneous closure of the manometer contacts and control circuits.

The use of the developed device for automatic control of simultaneous pumps with the protection of a submersible electric motor allows reducing the emergency failure of electric pump units of rural water supply.

The authors of the article describe the simulation capabilities on the example of the AnyLogic PLE system. A model of the ticket and cash service process for the railway station was built for that. A series of experiments aimed at studying the properties of the developed model and collecting statistical information was set up. Then, the analysis of the results was carried out, and recommendations were made regarding the modernization of the process being modeled. AnyLogic PLE proved to be an effective tool for developing, analyzing and optimizing process models.

The issues of additional losses of electricity in the low-voltage network of 0.4 kV on the example of the power supply of the poultry enterprise, caused by the flow of reactive energy, were considered. Experimental studies were conducted in the 0.4 kV network of the poultry enterprise, where there were no dramatically variable loads, and asymmetry was mainly caused by the flow of current in the zero working conductor, which with active-inductive load led to additional consumption of the sinusoidal symmetrical reactive power from the mains.

CONTROL SYSTEM OF SUPPORTING ACTIVE MAGNETIC BEARING AS AN ELECTROMAGNETIC SUSPENSION NODE

This work is devoted to the development of the suspension active magnetic bearing (AMB) control system in a horizontally oriented rotor with the implementation of a differential current control circuit. The developed current control system with two term controller allows taking into account the design features of the supporting AMB. The Matlab package of mathematical modeling was used to implement the mathematical model and research complex for the control of the supporting AMB. The developed control system was verified on the basis of the parameters of the factory magnetic bearing showing results similar to those of a real object. The created research complex allows simplifying the development and implementation of control systems for a high-speed electric machine with an electromagnetic rotor suspension.
