FACTORS JUSTIFYING THE CREATION OF BUSINESS EDUCATION CENTERS

Posted in 2021, ECONOMICS, Issue №4 (106) April 2021 | 0 comments

The current article deals with one of the most urgent problems of modern management, which is the interdependence of the long-term development of the organization, its stable economic condition, and the level of professionalism of the staff. The solution to this problem is seen in the creation of business education centers (BEC) and a properly organized continuous development of employees that is based on modern educational technologies, the key element of which is training. Business education as an element of the personnel development strategy (and, as a result, the development of the organization) should be a continuous, systematic process centered on the development of those employees who increase the competitiveness of the organization as well as the quality and effectiveness of labor activity and, ultimately, ensure its sustainable development. Otherwise, personnel development activities are meaningless. The validity of theoretical conclusions and the value of practical guidelines for solving this problem depends on the correct understanding of those phenomena and processes that are of a more general nature. Because of this systematic principle, it should be noted that the training in BECs is fundamentally different from the training implemented in an organization in its quality and depth of theoretical and practical knowledge and skills, the formation of a broad professional outlook, which is why their creation is necessary. Domestic enterprises operating in harsh socio-economic conditions and during the sanction policies of modern political life require competitive advantages that can only be provided by personnel. In this regard, the relevance of professional development and business education of employees is sharply increasing due to the functioning of organizations in rapidly changing conditions and the need to learn fundamentally new knowledge, master additional modern activities, new technologies, and modern high-tech equipment.
