THE “BIOCENOSIS” PROGRAM FOR EARLY DIAGNOSIS OF INFECTIOUS DISEASES OF REPTILES

Posted in 2020, Issue № 11(101) November 2020, VETERINARY SCIENCE | 0 comments

The article contains a study of the microbiocenoses of various biotopes of reptiles belonging to the following species: corn snake (Pantherophis guttatus), Russian rat snake (Elaphe schrenckii), desert sand boa (Eryx miliaris). In the biotopes of these reptile species, various microorganisms were identified, such as coccoid forms of bacteria, mold fungi, bacteria of the Escherichia coli group, Pseudomonas aeruginosa. The study of the dynamics of microbiocenoses in reptiles makes it possible to model changes in microbiocenotic communities with various indicators of microclimatic parameters. By modeling changes in microbiocenoses, the authors developed a program for the early diagnosis of infectious diseases consisting of a number of algorithms based on the collected database.

For the program to work correctly, it is necessary to study microbiocenoses and the sensitivity of microflora to antibacterial drugs. The cost of the study of one animal is 2,088 rubles. The cost of materials required for the analysis of one animal is 793.25 rubles. The amount required for the normal operation of the “Biocenosis” program to track changes in microbiocenotic communities in animals is 14,619. rubles annually. While the total cost of treatment of a reptile from a chronic infectious disease amounts to 7,170 rubles per reptile in the course of 3 months, the annual amount will be 28,680 rubles. This program helps prevent the following: infection of the host with particularly dangerous forms of pathogenic bacteria; death of the animal; the ability to save up to 14,000 rubles a year for the treatment of a single animals’s chronic infectious diseases.

Posted in 2020, BIOLOGY, Issue № 11(101) November 2020 | 0 comments

When applying microclonal reproduction technology, a number of problems and difficulties are encountered at each stage, that ultimately affect its effectiveness. Among these problems is the choice of the most appropriate calendar date for introducing explants of cherry varieties into the culture in vitro. In this regard, the aim of our research was to identify the optimal timing of introduction of cherry explants into the culture in vitro. The experiment was conducted on the basis of the VNIISPK biotechnology laboratory, Orel, in 2019-2020. The objects of research were promising cherry varieties selected by VNIISPK: Orlitsa, Bystrinka, Businka, Livenskaia, Putinka, Mtsenskaia, Novella, Kapelka, Rovesnitsa, Podarok uchiteliam, Turgenevka, Prevoskhodnaia Kolesnikovoi. The initial material was explants isolated from the apical and lateral buds of annual shoots in the phase of emerging from the state of forced repose (February), the phase of beginning growth (April), the phase of active growth (June) and the phase of growth decay (September). The optimal dates for introducing cherry explants into the culture in vitro, taking into account the viability and intensity of their development, were spring (April) and summer (June) when using explants isolated from the buds of annual shoots in the phase of the beginning of growth (April) and during the period of active growth (June). The effect of the genotype on the viability of cherry explants was shown for all periods of introduction to culture. The highest viability at the initial stage of micropropagation among the studied cherry varieties, regardless of the introduction period, was characterized by the Mtsenskaya variety (92.5-100.0%).

CHARACTERISTICS OF DEVELOPMENT OF POPULATION OF RAIN COMPOST WAXES IN SUBSTRATE FROM URBAN ORGANIC RESIDUES

Posted in 2020, BIOLOGY, Issue № 11(101) November 2020 | 0 comments

The results of studies on the development of a population of rain compost worms in a substrate of crushed lawn grass and remnants of herbs are presented. This problem is of scientific interest and is of great practical importance in connection with the disposal of urban organic waste in the conditions of the region. One of the objectives is the recycling of urban organic waste, which have several important aspects. Urban organic contains some mineral elements in hard-to-reach (low soluble) form. Vermicomposting greatly facilitates the process of extracting these substances and their absorption by plants. The aim of the work is to study the characteristic features of the development of the compost worms population in the substrate of the remains of herbs when vermicomposting under the conditions of the Tyumen region. The findings of studies studying the characteristic features of the development of a population of earthworm compost worms in a substrate of lawn grass and grasses remind that the peak of worms’ reproductive activity begins after two weeks of adaptation to a new substrate and the second cocoon number increases after the fifteenth week of development, and the juvenile stages hatch begins after the fourth week of development and a sharp rise in numbers after the seventeenth week. The rise in the number of adults begins after eleven weeks of cocoon development and juvenile stages. After five weeks of development, adults began to lay cocoons. This is marked by a sharp increase in the number of cocoons, and then the juvenile stages.

STUDY OF THE ACID-BINDING CAPACITY OF INDIVIDUAL FEED COMPONENTS

Posted in 2020, AGRICULTURE, Issue № 11(101) November 2020 | 0 comments

The modern compound feed for poultry is a complex multi-component mixture of ingredients of vegetable, animal, mineral and synthetic origin. In order to achieve high productivity of farm animals and birds, it is necessary to expand the list of quality indicators, according to which the control over the raw materials and components of the produced compound feed is handled. These indicators include the acid-binding capacity (ABC) of the feed. The study of the use of organic acids in animal feeding has shown that their effectiveness depends on the properties of acids and the initial ABC of the feed. The analysis of the data shows that the acid-binding capacity of the feed can be reduced in two ways: by selecting components or by including acidifiers in its composition.

SOCIAL JUSTICE AS A FACTOR OF HARMONIZATION OF INTERETHNIC RELATIONS AND STRENGTHENING OF NATIONAL IDENTITY IN THE COUNTRIES OF THE FORMER SOVIET UNION

Posted in 2020, Issue № 11(101) November 2020, PHILOSOPHY | 0 comments

The article points out the semantic confusion between the scientific concepts of “justice” and “social justice”, the importance of their differentiation and, as a result, their conceptualization. Based on the conducted analysis, the article concludes that the concept of “justice” is dominated by the moral component, which is located in deep archetypal structures, fixed at the traditional normative level, and objectivized in predefined response patterns. The concept of “social justice”, reflecting the measure in the “equality-inequality” coordinate system in the structure of relations “person-person”, “person-social group”, “social group-state”, is heterogeneous, since the idea of social justice or injustice is correlated with access to resources and a place in the social structure. It follows that the content of the concept of “social justice” in an ethnic group is determined by the following factors: the historical period, cultural context, and interpretation. Based on the above, it is concluded that the sociological study of ideas about social justice in any social group, including ethnic groups, should be built in the context of a distributive paradigm using class-stratification and axiological approaches, and a comparative analysis of the “social justice” model through which representatives of different ethnic groups evaluate social reality should be conducted in a comparative-neoinstitutional perspective, involving not only sociological research methods, but also normative-value analysis. The formation of the proposed program of sociological research of social justice in multi-ethnic regions should be performed using the content analysis method in order to fix the frequency and volume of filling in the categories “social justice” – “social injustice”. The results obtained in the course of the research are assumed to have great practical significance for the development of programs aimed at the harmonization of interethnic relations.

Posted in 2020, Issue № 11(101) November 2020, PHILOSOPHY | 0 comments

The subject of the research is the socio-cultural project of postmodernism. The postmodern socio-cultural project is understood as a probabilistic model of the future of society, which is often implicit in postmodern texts. In this regard, the authors have previously considered the features of the main cultural and historical paradigms: premodernism, modernism and postmodernism. At the same time, the main focus of the paper is the comparison of the last two socio-cultural super-systems, which makes it possible to more clearly identify their connection and difference. In order to more clearly and systematically characterize the socio-cultural project of postmodernism, the article presents a comparative table of socio-cultural features of modernism and postmodernism.

ON THE QUESTION OF THE SOURCE AND ESSENCE OF MORALITY

Posted in 2020, Issue № 11(101) November 2020, PHILOSOPHY | 0 comments

The purpose of the study is to examine certain aspects of the genesis of morality, namely, the complexity of its evolutionary (“materialistic”) explanation. In the epistemological aspect, the authors’ position is moral realism, which is the recognition of the objectivity of moral norms. Morality is a superstructure over the instinctive basis of the human psyche, and this superstructure is not deducible from the evolution of instincts. The origin of morality is the same leap, the same transition to a fundamentally new level of development as the appearance of speech and reason at large. Evolutionary explanations of this leap are insufficient, internally contradictory, and are usually constructed using a vicious logical circle (the existence of a phenomenon is by itself an explanation of its genesis).

Posted in 2020, Issue № 11(101) November 2020, PSYCHOLOGY | 0 comments

The purpose of the study is to examine the problems of psychological adaptation of biological children in foster care and the possible contribution of parent-child clubs in overcoming them. Families who have adopted a child with disabilities receive particular attention. The study involved 54 teenagers and 47 parents. The study used two diagnostic programs: the programs for foster families (parents), and the programs for biological adolescents. In close to half of the studied cases, the research illustrates the emotional discomfort that characterizes the emotional status of children and parents in the surveyed families that raise children with disabilities. Raising children with disabilities in foster homes requires special training for parents and biological children as well as the search for new types of work. For this category of families, the study introduces the program of parent-child clubs as not only psychological and pedagogical but also cultural and educational, which is implemented through masterclasses, interactive seminars, competitive programs, classes with elements of training, art therapy, developmental walks, etc. The innovative nature of the club’s program is associated not only with psychological and pedagogical support, but also with the formation of relationships by means of culture, local ethnography studies, and history for family leisure. The results of the study are the basis for determining the targets of psychological and pedagogical assistance to foster families, providing targeted assistance to families, and improving their educational potential. The applied aspect of the research can be implemented in the design of programs for psychological and pedagogical support of foster families.

THE STATE AND THE DEVELOPMENT PROSPECTS OF THE DIGITAL TAX ACCOUNTING IN IRAQ

Posted in 2020, ECONOMICS, Issue № 11(101) November 2020 | 0 comments

The main purpose of this article is to study the current state of digital tax accounting in the Republic of Iraq. To achieve this goal, the authors review the problems of digital tax accounting and recommend the ways to overcome them. E-commerce, which is not tied to spatial boundaries, remains the most difficult sphere for tax administration in Iraq. The difficulties involve transactions and contracts that are concluded electronically due to the complexity of the system for protecting data and documents in electronic form with the ability to reproduce them and make changes to their content.

Digital accounting does not have a specific definition in Iraq. Rather, it falls into the category of changes in accounting connected to computing and networking technologies. As for the relationship between the accounting structure and the tax system with its three pillars, namely tax legislation, tax administration and the tax community, on the one hand, and modern technological innovations, on the other hand, it is possible to identify the main difficulties in the interaction between each structure and information technologies, notably gaps in tax administration legislation.

APPROACHES TO ASSESSING THE INVESTMENT ATTRACTIVENESS OF AN ECONOMIC SYSTEM

Posted in 2020, ECONOMICS, Issue № 11(101) November 2020 | 0 comments

The article explores a new approach to assessing the investment attractiveness of an economic system, which is based on the analysis of qualitative indicators that characterize its innovative activity and growth trends. The use of gross domestic product as a universal indicator of the state of the system does not always lead to correct conclusions. The study proposes to analyze not the dynamics of GDP, but the change in a country’s share in the world economy, which will increase the objectivity of the assessment. The increase in the country’s share in the world economy over several decades indicates the development of the economic system. For a qualitative assessment of growth, it is proposed to analyze the dynamics of exports of high-tech products. The research has shown that Russia possesses sufficient innovative potential to increase both the competitiveness of products and its share in world markets.
