The article is devoted to the characterization of the “camp” linguo-cultural concept, as well as to the methods of its lexical representation. The object of the study is the dominant conceptual layer selected on the basis of the A.I. Solzhenitsyn’s “The GULAG Archipelago.” Typical characteristics of the linguo-cultural concept “camp” are presented, its conceptual and figurative components are described, the lexical units are analyzed depending on the methods of semantics verbalization (explicit, implicit).

DISCURSIVE CONSTRUCTION OF LOCAL PATRIOTISM OF THE PAST IN REGIONAL MEDIA: COMMEMORATION

The article is devoted to the study of the main features of messages about commemorative practices in regional media in the discursive construction of local patriotism of the past on the example of a specific region (Volgograd region). Local patriotism is interpreted as a discursively formed attitude of the subject and object of patriotism. The characteristic features and means of shifting the communicative focus, the use of direct assessments and the phenomena of the information wave in the studied publications are considered, a conclusion is made about the prevailing intermediate “replaceable” character of providing information, dominating way of representing the military image as an image of the past of the region at discursive construction of the local patriotism of the past, and about “eventization” as the characteristic of the contemporary politics of memory.

CONSUMER CONSCIOUSNESS PHENOMENON IN THE CONTEXT OF THE WORLD DEBT PROBLEM

The article deals with the problem of the steady growth of world debt in its relationship with the phenomenon of consumer consciousness. The author analyzed the ratio of public debt to the size of the GDP of developed countries, as well as the average debt of households in these countries in relation to their annual income. The behavior of society during the acute phases of the debt crisis in Greece, Italy, and California in the United States are also analyzed. It is shown that the phenomenon of consumer consciousness has played a significant role in exacerbating this problem.

Presented analysis is not associated with large time expenditures for implementation and is able to take into account such features of agricultural production as specialization, weather, and climatic conditions. This model is approved for the conditions of agriculture in the Volgograd region.

The process of international integration requires economic and financial management tools, including accountants must approach and conform to international principles and practices. In particular, the accurual method will help Vietnam get closer to international accounting. One of obstacles to successful change to accrual accounting is the competency of accountants, which has not mentioned in any previous study. This paper studies impact of competence of accountants in public health organizations in Hanoi (Vietnam) on the quality of financial reports when change from cash to accrual accounting. This study was conducted according to survey method and data collection from public health units in Hanoi. The data are tested for reliability and hypothesis through SPSS statistical software. The research results show that the competency of accountants including knowledge, skills and attitudes has a significant impact on the quality of financial reports of public health units in Hanoi.

The article analyzes the experience of a number of countries – the United States of America, France, Germany, Italy, and Spain – with regard to the development of policies concerning the taxation of non-commercial organizations. The problem fields in the current tax legislation of Russia on taxation of non-commercial organizations and granting them tax privileges are indicated. Currently, a legal field regulating the activities of non-commercial organizations is taking place, which concerns, first and foremost, certain aspects of taxation. The article concludes that for philanthropists – legal entities and individuals – it is necessary to expand tax incentives for participation in charitable activities.

The article discusses internal and external labor migration during the process of the internal labor market formation in the Republic of Uzbekistan. The authors define the quantitative and qualitative composition of labor resources interacting with other factors, determining the rate of economic development of the country, the level of population welfare, the overall economic potential of the social and economic system as a whole. Economic transformations in the republic are associated with the development of new forms of ownership, labor relations, the emergence of new socially vulnerable segments of the population, the suggestions on the improvement of state employment policy are given as well. At that, it is advisable to develop and use more modern forms and methods of regulating labor migration of the population, including within the republic.

APPLICATION OF THE “DELFI” METHOD AS A FORECASTING TOOL IN MARKET DEVELOPMENT

The article contains the classification of forecasting methods used in marketing research taking into account the methods used recently. The Delphi method, an expert forecasting method, is described. The author’s vision of the forecasting stages using the Delphi method is presented. Its structure is considered in accordance with the selected stages. A study of the bakery industry of the Krasnodar Territory is conducted with the help of the Delphi method to forecast its development for the upcoming year. The results of the study showed that the use of the Delphi method enables forecasting many marketing phenomena qualitatively and, on the basis of such predictions, build an enterprise development strategy for the upcoming year competently.

Tax culture is primarily understood as a system of values, norms and rules related to the timely payment of taxes by the population and the realization of the importance of this action for the development of the state and society. Many scientists state its low level in Russia comparing the tax culture of Russia and the West. This leads to the problem of identifying the state and level of tax culture among the Russians living in large cities of Russia. In view of this, we conducted a sociological study using a formalized interview method. As a result, it was revealed that the majority of Russians pay taxes on time because of the sense of duty to the state as well as the moral values cultivated in the family.

During the education, a modern school always tends to respect the individualism of every student. The existence of great individual differences among the students in one class necessarily requires appropriate changes in the organisation and realization of the education so that it may be oriented towards the individual capacities and possibilities of the students.
