In this paper, we consider a new limit for the number e and give its rigorous proof using the apparatus of mathematical analysis. With the help of this limit, a combinatorial interpretation is given for Euler’s number. It means that Euler’s number is the ratio of the number of permutations (or combinations) of 04-09-2019 10-48-27 by n to the number of permutations (or combinations) of 04-09-2019 10-48-35 by n with an infinitely large number of elements n.

THE AFFECTIVE DISTURBANCE IN PEOPLE WITH ALZHEIMER’ AND VASCULAR DEMENTIA

Introduction: The evaluation and treatment of affective symptoms in the people with dementia have an important role in the engagement in daily activities, relationships and the quality of life for them and their families.

Objective: Our aim was to evaluate Affective Disturbance in people with Alzheimer’s (AD) and vascular dementia (VD).

Subjects and Methods: We assessed the scores of the Affective Disturbance Subscale of the BEHAVE-AD in 30 people with AD and 30 people with VD, scoring 0-3 based on severity rating of the symptoms.

Results: The Affective Disturbance was present in 86% of people with vascular dementia and in 36.6% in people with Alzheimer’s dementia.

Conclusion: An understanding of mood symptoms in people with AD can aid in planning appropriate pharmacological and nonpharmacological treatment and also to help in giving appropriate advice to caregivers.

Despite the widespread use in architecture of civil buildings of translucent facades of large areas, a large number of technical issues related to the improvement of the strength and heat-shielding characteristics of basic materials for the manufacture of facade structures remain unresolved. This article describes the main options for technical measures to ensure the required heat-shielding characteristics of translucent facades that directly affect the comfort of the climate in the premises of civil buildings with large glass areas. The results of this study make it possible to streamline theoretical and technical information about the methods of passive compensation of the influence of large areas of glazing on the climatic characteristics of the air environment of civilian buildings.

COMPARISON OF THE SIMULATED PEAK GROUND ACCELERATION AT DIFFERENT SITES LOCATED CLOSE TO EACH OTHER

The paper considers the problem of how different the peak acceleration at the same input motion (in the form of an accelerogram) at different sites located close to each other. The results of modeling the transformation of one and the same input motion by the soil strata of two different sites are presented. The sites have a similar geological structure. The bedrock is at the same depth. Under such conditions, when designing seismic resistant objects, design engineers for emergency load combination calculations usually use the same set of design accelerograms. The simulation results presented in this article showed that the transformation of the same one input movement by the soils of closely located sites with similar geology, differs significantly.

CHRONICLE OF LODE-WERNER. TO THE QUESTION OF STUDYING OF UNPUBLISHED MANUSCRIPT

The article presents the main results of the study of the Chronicle of Livonia, known in German-Baltic historiography as the Chronicle of Lode-Werner. This work exists in German and Latin versions, both manuscripts are kept in the Manuscript Department of the Library of the Academy of Sciences of the Chronicle was written in the late XVII century in the Swedish province of Livonia. The focus is on the genealogical structure of Swedish Gothicism, which prevailed in the historical description of the Baltic region of early modern times, and its reflection in the Chronicle of Lode-Werner.

The article deals the sociocultural and organizational peculiarities of management that are characteristic of Russia. The focus is placed on the management in the field of secondary education. The problem is considered in terms of the possible achievement of a Russia’s national objective, i.e. increasing the level of accessibility/availability and quality of secondary education by means of the development of the educational infrastructure of the regions of the Russian Federation, which are formally assigned to be the priority territories, or territories of advanced social and economic development. To carry out a scientific analysis of this problem, the author refers to the studies of the leading Russian and international methodologists in the fields of management and education, as well as descriptions of the practice of application of the relevant scientific approaches. The results of the study of Russian management features will allow in the future to provide a higher level of educational management, including provision of the regional educational systems with objects of the educational infrastructure.

EVALUATION OF THE RESULTS OF MONITORING OF THE DAILY RHYTHM OF THE HEART IN CHILDREN OF THE FIRST YEAR OF LIFE WITH EXTRASISTLES

This article is devoted to the study of hemodynamics according to the results of instrumental methods of research in extrasystoles in children of the first year of life. The results of Holter-ECG monitoring in infants with extrasystoles were evaluated, and a corresponding interpretation of the results was given. We found that in children of the first year of life with extrasystole the minimum heart rate is less, the duration of the QT and QTs intervals is significantly longer. The number of extrasystoles in groups A, B and C is more recorded at night and during sleep.

VETERINARY AND SANITARY EVALUATION OF MUTTON AFTER USING BIOLOGICALLY ACTIVE FEED ADDITIVE “YODDAR”

The results of studies of the effect of drug Yoddar on the meat quality of small cattle are given. It was revealed that when using the rams of the experimental group of drug Yoddar, meat meets the standards in all quality indicators, besides for some indicators it is better than meat in the control group. During the experiment, live weight and cost per 1 kg of live weight of animals of all groups are taken into account. Veterinary-sanitary examination was carried out on the slaughter site. Besides, the “technological instruction for waste processing at the enterprise of the meat industry” was fully observed. The microscopic and bacteriological indicators of the meat rams do not show that they have the best indicators that can be obtained from the experimental groups, which can explain the bactericidal properties of iodine, which enter into the body tissues. The obtained results suggest that the use of biologically active feed additive Yoddar on sheep farms of the Russian Federation is advisable because of its positive effect on metabolism, weight gain and the absence of negative impact on the safety and quality of meat.

RELATION TO LABOR AND EMPLOYMENT FORM OF X, Y, Z GENERATIONS: SIMILARITIES AND DIFFERENCES

It has become increasingly difficult for people over 40 years old to find work in the national labor market in recent years. At the same time, we observe the following tendency: employers are not satisfied with employees, they do not like the attitude of the new generation to work, their work style, according to the results of studies conducted at the national level. Therefore, researchers faced with the task of ensuring the joint activities of the new and old generations, the things employers have to do in order to effectively manage employees, so it is necessary to study the characteristics of each generation, in particular, and determine their attitudes to work. It is required to determine both their similar and different sides based on research by Russian and Western scientists and institutions. The purpose of this article is to establish convergence and differences of X, Y, Z generations in four areas: social status and social conditions, values, psychological characteristics, a form of employment (work style) based on surveys of the Mongols among the above generations. Our research has shown that the time of birth and the values of people affect their attitude to work.

ON THE BEST APPROXIMATION BY ABSOLUTELY MONOTONIC FUNCTIONS ON SEMIAXIS

The main result of the paper (Theorem 2) is that in the space C(I) of continuous functions on the interval I = [0, ∞], the cone K⊂C (I) consisting of absolutely monotone functions is Chebyshev, that is, for each continuous function f∈C (I) there is a unique absolutely monotonic function φ∈K of the best uniform approximation on the interval I. In the proof, we use a special criterion for the uniqueness of the best approximation by the wedge (Theorem 1). This criterion can be used in proving the uniqueness of the best approximation for other cones consisting of continuous functions.

MATHEMATICAL COMPETITIVE MODELS ON THE TROPHIC RESOURCE

The authors have developed mathematical models of operational and interference competition on a linear range based on the systems of equations with distributed parameters. They also have conducted an analysis of stationary states stability. It is shown that the operational competition on the restored trophic resource does not lead to the disappearance of one of the populations due to competition. The model of interference competition contains various options for the effects of competition between the two populations. In both models, for populations with a small number of individuals, the influence of competition is not significant. The assessment of the distribution rates of small populations on the range is given, and the conditions for the existence of an autowave solution on an unbounded straight line are obtained. In order to construct a numerical solution of a boundary value problem for a system of nonlinear differential equations, they have used the grid method with software implementation in the programming environment of the Matlab environment. Numerical results are consistent with analytical results on fine grids.

COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF COMPUTATIONAL METHODS OF SYSTEM OF NONLINEAR EQUATIONS

The consideration of numerous applied problems leads to systems of nonlinear equations, they include boundary problems for ordinary differential equations and partial differential equations (solved by the finite difference method), optimization problems, problems of minimization of functions of many variables, the use of implicit methods for integrating ordinary differential equations, etc. Numerical solution of systems of nonlinear equations in the general case is a more complicated problem than the solution of systems of linear equations, since there are no methods that guarantee the success of solving any problem of this kind. Identifying the optimal method and its further selection allows you to increase the chances of successfully solving systems of nonlinear equations. In connection with the relevance of the above-mentioned, this article presents the algorithms for methods for the numerical solution of systems of nonlinear equations, according to which the root of a typical system for applied problems was searched. According to the obtained results, a comparative analysis was conducted in order to identify the optimal method. The optimal method is the one that found the values of all the roots of the system with the required accuracy in the least number of iterations.

MAGNETOELECTRIC EFFECT IN THREE LAYER NICKEL – QUARTZ – NICKEL STRUCTURE

The results of theoretical and experimental studies of the magnetoelectric effect in composite three – layer structures of nickel – quartz-nickel are presented. Samples in the form of plates were made by gluing. At the electromechanical resonance region the value of the magnetoelectric voltage coefficient α = 84.7 V / cm Oe, with Q = 93 was observed. Using the quartz as a piezoelectric layer allows to obtain the magnitude of the magnetoelectric effect in composite structures, comparable to the best samples based on lead zirconate-titanate.

DEVELOPMENT OF THE METHOD OF ADDITIONAL ARGUMENT FOR A SYSTEM OF NON-LINEAR DIFFERENTIAL EQUATIONS

The paper considers the initial problem for systems of equations and uses the developed method of additional argument to solve the problem. A review of the known results on the method under consideration is presented, and the degree of relevance of the problem under study is substantiated on their basis. The stated initial problem is reduced to a system of integral equations when using certain classes of functions. This developed research technique can be used to prove the existence of a solution to new types of vector-matrix non-linear equations.
