ON EVOLUTION OF PARAMETERS OF THE LEVEL SURFACE OF EARTH

The article discusses the evolution of the parameters of the level surface of the Earth based on the formulas of the Jacobi dynamical system, i.e. problems of actively gravitating centres. Mathematical expressions and numerical values for evolution are obtained: the radius of the vector of the level surface of the Earth, gravity on this surface, average compression, as well as compression of the northern and southern hemispheres of the Earth’s surface. Numerical estimates of the evolution of parameters were performed for –1010≤ t – t0 ≤ 1010 years of the time interval. The results obtained give reason to attribute the evolution of the main parameters of the Earth to the number of real phenomena.

MAIN PROPERTIES OF A GAS-LIQUID MIXTURE IN PIPES

Recently carried out experimental and theoretical studies with gas-containing liquids have shown that rheological and relaxation properties of gas-liquid systems under pre-transition conditions (i.e., in pressures exceeding the saturation pressure, but close to it) are largely determined by the presence of “micro germs” – the smallest gas bubbles, the cooperative action of which manifests itself when approaching the saturation pressure [1]. When solving many practical problems, it becomes necessary to study the wave propagation with regard to the influence of the interaction between the liquid and the wall of the deformable pipe. In this case, the system consisting of a deformed body, liquid, and gas is obtained; therefore, the study should be carried out with regard to the interaction forces between the deformed body, liquid and gas.

OPTIMIZATION OF PROCESSING INPUT INFORMATION IN THE INDUSTRIAL FISHERIES MONITORING SYSTEM

The article is devoted to the estimation of the effectiveness of the distributed input data processing model in sectorial fisheries monitoring system (SMS) and the justification of the processing algorithm based on simulation modeling with regard to the performance of the SMS software. Modeling the processing of the input data flow of the SMS enabled the comparison of different processing models in several system operation modes. The results of numerical experiments allowed selecting and implementing the most appropriate scheme based on parallel processing. In general, due to the developed flexible data processing system, SMS has shown its efficiency, resilience to failures, and reliability in providing the users of the system with analytical information.

NORMAL AND EMERGENCY MODES OF 110 KV CABLE LINES WITH POLYETHYLENE INSULATION

The calculations of the induced currents in the shields were conducted with their two-sided grounding in normal mode based on the developed mathematical model of a three-phase cable line (cables with polyethylene insulation – SPE). The authors considered emergency operating modes of the CL, the characteristics of the emergency current spreading on the CL screens. The authors studied the influence of the CL phases laying and the cross section of the core on the ratio of losses in the cores and screens in normal and emergency modes with two-sided grounding of the screens. The research results can be used in the design of cable lines 110-220 kV and higher.

The article discusses the possibility of reconstructing BKZ-220-110 steam generator of the Zhezkazgan CHPP, where serious problems arose in ensuring the temperature regime of the third and fourth stages of the superheater after dismantling the screen superheater, as well as part of the first stage of the convective superheater. To solve the problems, reconstruction is proposed aimed at increasing steam production up to 240 t/h with Borlin coal as fuel raising the reliability of the boiler and reducing NOx emissions to less than 470 mg/nm3 where α = 1.4.

APPLICATION OF BIOINSPIRED METHODS FOR THE TASKS OF MULTI-CRITERIA OPTIMIZATION

The article presents general approach to the use of bio-inspired methods for problems of multi-criteria optimization with the aim of supporting the decision-maker when searching for Pareto-optimal solutions in accordance with the preferences. An approach involving the determination of the “fitness function” of individual solutions for approximating the Pareto set is proposed keeping the diversity of the Pareto set of solutions, while preserving and using elite solutions. Combining bio-heuristics with methods of mathematical programming, machine learning and data mining, solutions are obtained for multi-criteria problems in such areas as engineering design and bioinformatics, economics and finance, logistics, transport and telecommunications. Grammar for promising hybridization schemes is proposed, as well as bio-heuristic hybridization options with machine learning and data mining methods.

DEPENDENCE OF THE FERTILITY OF COW-HEIFERS ON THE AGE OF CALVING AND BODY WEIGHT

It is known that the age of the first fruitful insemination and calving of young animals has a certain effect on subsequent productivity and manifestation of the main breeding traits.

The variability of indicators of fertility in cows is mainly due to paratypical factors, which suggests a low level of their heritability. General development of animals for the period of the first fruitful insemination and calving, which is characterized mainly by their live weight, has a significant impact both on the level of signs of milk production and on the reproductive qualities of Holstein cows. As a result of the research, it was found that animals with a mass up to 500 kg at the first calving have the best reproductive qualities.

INFLUENCE OF INDOLE BUTIRIC ACID ON PLANT GROWTH AND FORMATION OF MICROTUBERS IN POTATO CULTURE IN VITRO

The publication presents data on the influence of indole butiric acid, growth regulator introduced into the Murashige and Skoog medium, on the growth processes and micro-culture of potato plants of the Charm variety in a test tube culture. It was found that a small dosage (0.5 mg/l) of indole butiric acid most effectively increases the number of internodes by 9%, while high concentration (1 mg/l) stimulates rizogenesis – the number of roots increased to 47% at the end of the third week of cultivation. Also, the growth regulator increased production to 38% and the size of microtubers to 12 mm along the largest transverse diameter depending on the concentration.

In the course of research dedicated to the study of various options for reforestation of middle-aged flow-regulating and field-protective forest bands, the best reforestation methods are identified. Comparative analysis of the state of tree species, undergrowth and planted forest crops during reforestation is carried out. The data on the main structural elements of the forest formation process and microclimate are shown. Materials obtained are necessary for conducting long-term monitoring studies aimed at the increase of the durability and reclamation efficiency of middle-aged field-protective degrading forest belts.

These diseases have long incubation periods, but progress rapidly from the moment of the clinical onset of the disease. The most dangerous prion infectious disease is bovine spongiform encephalopathy. In this paper, an analytical review of the modern scientific, technical, regulatory, methodological literature on issues related to the study of the properties of the pathogen, their structure, mechanisms of the emergence and spread of the pathogenic prion has been carried out.

MEDICAL AND STATISTICAL ASPECTS OF OPHTHALMOLOGICAL HEALTH OF WORKING RAILWAY PERSONNEL

The article presents materials based on the study of the ophthalmological health of Russian railway personnel (102 people in total) working on railroads rolling stock: 42.0% in locomotive crews, 29.0% in servicing rolling stock mechanics, and 29.0% in other positions providing the movement of trains.

During the study, a set of special techniques was used: Schirmer 1 test to assess the tearing; the method of eight consecutive tests (with glasses and without glasses) on the “Mesotest-2” apparatus for the study of mesopic (twilight) vision. For the subjective assessment of vision and asthenia, an ES-20 questionnaire and the MFI-20 test were applied.

As a result of the study, a number of medical and statistical features of the ophthalmological health of working railway personnel were discovered, which enabled the planning of a complex of treatment and preventive measures implemented later under the conditions of the Interdisciplinary Centre for Eye Microsurgery of JSC Russian Railways with regard to the narrow professional affiliation of employees.

DYNAMICS OF HOMEOSTASIS INDICATORS IN PATIENTS WITH ACUTE PANCREATITIS DEPENDING ON THE METHOD OF NUTRITIONAL SUPPORT

We examined and treated 82 patients with severe acute pancreatitis (AP) – the choice of the method of nutritional support depended on the functioning of the gastrointestinal tract. The first group included patients (n = 37) with severe AP, who, on the 2nd day of intensive care, still had the manifestations of intestinal insufficiency, and, therefore, underwent full parenteral nutrition with three-component bags. The 2nd group included patients (n = 45), who underwent early enteral nutrition through a nasogastroduodenal probe since 2 days of the course of the disease. Beginning with 3rd day, energy requirements were covered by the combined PN and EN method.

Stress-induced hyperglycemia and hypoproteinemia developed during the first days of the disease in patients with severe acute pancreatitis. Normalization of the level of glycemia and average values of the total blood protein passed more quickly against the background of combined enteral and parenteral nutrition, which enabled achieving the target calorie content (25 kcal/kg) and a protein dose of up to 1.5 g/kg on the 5th day of nutritional support.

CONSUMER VALUE OF FOOD PRODUCT – HOW TO UNDERSTAND IT IN THE ASPECT OF PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

The concept of consumer value is used to characterize a food product but at the same time it acts as “loose content.” We carried out verbal updating of the content and structure of the consumer value of the food product while defining the auxiliary concepts of “food,” “food product” and the concept of “consumer value of the food product.” The component structures of consumer value reflect: the adequacy of the organoleptic perception of the consumer’s idea of the pleasantness of the product making it desirable for consumption; the adequacy of the composition of the product to the consumer’s idea of the usefulness of the product; product storage capacity; the role of food packaging; the cost of acquiring and using the product. The difference in the consumer value of the same product for different consumers is expressed in different prioritization in the components of the structure of consumer value. The order of prioritization depends on the age and social status of the consumer and their individual characteristics. As an option, a possible age-related transformation of consumer value is schematically shown. In determining consumer value, one of the components of its structure prevails, but the idea of consumer value is formed under the influence of several components of the structure. A product of high consumer value should satisfy consumer expectations for the complex of all components of the structure. The peculiarity of the development of food products with high consumer value is related to the necessity to establish a balance between the need and expediency of the depth and breadth of optimization of the objective function, and consumer value acts as such.

PIGMENTAL LEAVES FOUNDATION OF CITRUS × AURANTIUM L. IN GREENHOUSE CULTURE

The article studies seasonal dynamics of the pigmental leaves foundation of an evergreen plant, a species of hybrid origin, a representative of the genus Citrus L., a sour orange (Citrus × aurantium L.) in the greenhouse culture. The results of studies of the seasonal dynamics of the total content and ratios of photosynthetic pigments (chlorophylls a and b, carotenoids) are given for the first time, which is of scientific and practical importance for the estimation of the features of citrus functioning when cultivated in artificial climate. The content of photosynthetic pigments in leaves was determined in acetone extracts by a spectro-photometric method using Shimadzu UV-2401 PC SF. The concentration of chlorophylls a662, b644, carotenoids Car440,5 was calculated according to Holm-Wetstein for 100% acetone per unit weight (mg/g) in % of fresh weight and per unit area of leaves (mg/cm2). The highest absolute dry weight leaves, the total content of photosynthetic pigments: chlorophylls, carotenoids (mg/g wet and dry leaf mass) in fractional terms (%) relative to the wet mass of the leaves, as well as per unit area of the leaf surface (cm2) were found in this species in winter, which allows considering a leaf of citruses not only as assimilating, but also as storage organs.

INDICATORS OF PHYSICAL AND CHEMICAL PROPERTIES AND BIOLOGICAL ACTIVITY OF AGRICULTURAL SOILS DURING THE USE OF DIFFERENT METHODS OF AGROTECHNICAL TREATMENT

The article studies effect of various agrotechnical processing systems in agro dark humus gley soils (harrowing, disk harrowing) with the use of fertilizers in crops of eastern goatskin (Galega orientalis Lam) on the physicochemical properties, enzymatic activity and humus accumulation processes. The focus of the article is on the activity of enzymes from the class of oxidoreductases (peroxidase, polyphenol oxidase, catalase) that play an important role in the biogenesis of humus. Processes of humus formation during disk harrowing and harrowing occur under the conditions of a weakly acidic reaction of the medium. PU horizon is characterized by high and increased soil availability of mobile forms of phosphorus and potassium. The amount of humus corresponded to the level below the average and average. Soil enrichment with catalase varied from below average to average. Harrowing the soil with fertilizer caused a decrease in soil enrichment with catalase. The integral indicator of the biological state of the soils calculated on the basis of phenol oxidase, peroxidase and catalase activities was rather high in case of disk harrowing and harrowing with the application of mineral fertilizers. The use of indicators of the enzymatic activity of the soil enables characterizing the intensity of the humus-forming process.

PHILOGENETIC VALUE OF THE MICROSTRUCTURAL FEATURES OF A FEATHER

Using single-factor analysis of variance, it was shown that the micro-structural features of the quantitative micro-morphological components of a feather can indicate phylo-genetic relationship of taxonomic units and, accordingly, can be used as taxonomic characteristics. Segmentation was carried out by such orders as the Anseriformes; Galliformes; Charadriiformes; Columbiformes; Piciformes; Passeriformes, as well as families within the order of Charadriiformes. The order of Piciformes showed a kinship with the order of Passeriforms according to the segmentation data based on the micro-structural feather characteristics.

Conducted studies enable the estimation of the presence of anthropogenic effects on water bodies and establish the relationship between the chemical composition of water and alluvial sediments.

Preventing crimes of a terrorist nature and countering them effectively is an important task of any modern state and the world community on the whole for the strengthening of law and order. Improving the efficiency of terrorist crimes prevention is essential to fight crime. In a number of foreign countries, as well as in the Russian Federation, there are chapters in the criminal legislation that contain norms covering the responsibility for terrorist acts and crimes of a terrorist nature. The authors consider the norms on criminal responsibility for terrorism and crimes of a terrorist nature on the example of the criminal legislation of Switzerland and Austria, and draw attention to a number of specific features of the national legislation of these countries. We believe that these norms should be unified in accordance with international norms.
