STRATEGY OF KEEPING POLITICAL LEADER’S ACCOUNT (ON THE EXAMPLE OF PROFILES OF PARLIAMENTARY PARTIES LEADERS IN SOCIAL NETWORK “VKONTAKTE”)

Posted in 2017, Issue № 6(60) June 2017, POLITICAL SCIENCE | 0 comments

Nowadays social networks are able to gather an audience comparable to the audience of the traditional media. That is why it is impossible to neglect this channel of communication for a political leader. Many political forces use social networks for the purpose of propaganda and informational influence on the population. As a concept that describes quantitative and qualitative characteristics and the direction of the development of a politician’s account, the authors offer to use the term “account management strategy.” The paper discusses the strategies for keeping the accounts of the leaders of the four parliamentary parties of the Russian Federation and namely Dmitry Medvedev, Gennady Zyuganov, Vladimir Zhirinovsky, Sergei Mironov in the social network “VKontakte.” We conducted comparative analysis of these accounts on such criteria as content, audience coverage and involvement. The aim of the work is to find the most efficient strategy for keeping an account of a political leader in the social network “Vkontakte.”

ELECTRONIC STRUCTURE OF ALKALI METAL ATOMS

Posted in 2017, Issue № 6(60) June 2017, PHYSICS AND MATHEMATICS | 0 comments

The main goal of this paper is to consider the problem of the electronic structure of atoms of the 1st group of the periodic table. Atoms represent the system of nested shells-quasi-spheres, like a Russian Matryoshka. The analysis and justification are given on the formation mechanisms of electron shells of atoms. The conceptual basis of the theory of the electronic structure of atoms is a dipole-shell model. A refined hydrogen-like model of the electronic structure was proposed for the outer shell of alkali metal atoms. The internal electron shells of atoms represent regular geometric figures of different symmetry, including mirror symmetric, trigonal, tetrahedral, hexahedral, etc. Under the solution of the Kepler problem, the equations of motion of electrons on the corresponding shells are given. Formulas for description and calculation of the basic parameters of atoms are obtained. The effective radii of the atoms of the 1st group are determined. Their behavior in the group is considered as well. One of the characteristic features is that the radii obtained are approximately twice smaller in size compared to data from the literature; The explanation to this difference is also given in the paper. The basic parameters of a number of inner shells of atoms – screening constants, eccentricities and large semi-axes of elliptical orbits are also determined.

MAIN COGNITIVE ACCENTS IN THE FORMATION OF THE CONCEPT OF “TERRITORIAL SYSTEM” AMONG THE STUDENTS OF GEODESIC FACULTIES

Posted in 2017, Issue № 6(60) June 2017, PEDAGOGY | 0 comments

“Territorial system” is the basic concept in the training of geodesic engineers. The formation of knowledge in applied geodesic disciplines is based on the obtained spatially coordinated data formed when using the features of the territorial system.

When forming it, it is necessary to focus on its conceptual features: Structure of the system, its development, functional state. A territorial system is a dynamic formation, evolving in space and in time.

MORPHOMETRIC STUDY OF VESSELS OF STEM CHORIONIC VILLI IN CASE OF PREECLAMPSIA OF VARIOUS DEGREE OF SEVERITY

Posted in 2017, Issue № 6(60) June 2017, MEDICINE | 0 comments

Currently, the problem of preeclampsia holds a specific place in obstetric pathology. The pathology of the placenta, including its insufficiency, accounts for more than 20% of the causes of perinatal maternal and child mortality. We examined 50 pregnant women with preeclampsia and 20 healthy pregnant women (control group). We used secundines obtained after the delivery of women as the material of the study. An automated system of histological analysis “OKO” on the basis of a PC was used for morphometric studies. It measured the parameters of tissue and cellular structures in a semi-automatic mode. In each case, we conducted the measurements of 10 stem villi with an increase in x100. Obliteration angiopathy of the supporting placenta villi is an integral structural component of fetoplacental insufficiency in various forms of obstetric pathology, muscle hypertrophy and obliteration of the arteriolar lumen progress depending on the duration and severity of preeclampsia.

CORPORATION PARTICIPANTS AS ITS REPRESENTATIVES

Posted in 2017, Issue № 6(60) June 2017, JURISPRUDENCE | 0 comments

The article studies some circumstances that are the basis of the corporation participant’s right to an indirect claim. The legal status of a corporation participant is analyzed as a party to such a claim. It is concluded that a corporation participant is still a different entity than the corporation itself, but it also acquires the status of a representative. The legal status of a participant can be defined as a “nominal representative.”

The recommendations concerning necessary actions of the court in resolving these claims based on representation of this kind are formulated.

DETERMINING THE RISK OF DEVELOPMENT OF ASSOCIATED CARBOHYDRATE METABOLISM DISORDER AMONG OVERWEIGHT YOUTH

Posted in 2017, Issue № 6(60) June 2017, MEDICINE | 0 comments

The article provides information on the prevalence of excessive weight among modern youth. The risk of developing a pathological type of adiposis and carbohydrate metabolism disorders among young people is determined. The prevalence and the frequency of development of carbohydrate metabolism violations among people with excessive body weight, as well as the ratio of the chances of developing these disorders in comparison with those having a normal weight are calculated. The results of the study indicate a significantly higher risk of developing carbohydrate metabolism disorders among young people with excessive body weight, namely, the pathological type of obesity.

MATHEMATICAL MODEL OF DIFFUSION IN SEMICONDUCTORS BASED ON PADE FREQUENCY-DIFFERENTIAL APPROXIMATION

Posted in 2017, ENGINEERING, Issue № 6(60) June 2017 | 0 comments

The article contains the results of the mathematical model derivation of diffusion in semiconductors using fractional differential calculus. The main mechanisms of diffusion processes in semiconductors are considered. At that, the causes of this effect can be of different nature. The analysis of diffusion simulation methods enabled us to establish that the phenomenological approach is valid not for all diffusion modes, which is due to the percolation nature of its course. It is established that one of the ways of modeling diffusion is the use of fractional-differential equations. With this in mind, we propose a diffusion model based on the Padé approximant with an increment in concentration change over time.
