The results from theoretical studies of the factors supporting extremism are summarized. In the article the link between xenophobia, ethnocentrism and extremism is revealed. Escalation leading causes of extremism in the ethno-national conflicts is defined. There are many causes of extremism but the article focuses on globalization and social stratification as causes extremism. We consider that explicit and implicit goals and aspirations of extremists are marked contradiction between globalization and traditions, reinforcing extremist trends. The conclusion is it is need to develop integrated approach to study extremism.

The article presents the results of the next phase of complex research carried out by the Council of municipalities of the Tyumen region. It is shown that the nature and direction of migration of rural areas depends on several factors, among which include the degree of development of the road network, distance from key infrastructure nodes, types of specialization in rural settlements in the level of economic agents. In conclusion, it formulated a conclusion about high level of migration and high mobility of the rural population.

It is described and are given characteristics of the developed method of calculation of an index of trust in trade between parties of the conflict a context of effective and sustainable development of the region. The author’s option of a scale of the desirability focused on establishment of compliance between potential responses to functioning of an object and value judgment of desirability of a certain value of a response is given.

The article analyzes the problem of gender inequality, which is the most critical in the political sphere of society. For examples of research and statistics, the author shows the scale of considered social phenomenon and the role of a woman politician, which today is extremely important in dealing with issues arising in activities of public authorities in the social life. Identified sources of gender inequality in the management structure of Russia will give us an understanding of the seriousness of the problem, a chance to develop ways to reduce its severity or the overall solution. ACTUAL PROBLEMS OF MODERN RURAL YOUTH

The article discusses the results of sociological research, carried out with the participation of the authors in the Tyumen region. It identified five groups of problems in terms of their relevance to young people. It is shown that socio-economic problems faced by young villagers very serious. It was revealed that the conditions for the solution of these problems in young people could be better. The conclusion about the need for a competent policy on all matters affecting the interests of rural youth.
