Special attention is paid to the problems in establishing agreements in this area with the European States and Nations in the Asia-Pacific region.

This article addresses the historical aspects of cooperation between the two countries have already taken steps, as well as the prospects in that direction for the future.

BRICS: RUSSIA’S INSTITUTIONAL OPPORTUNITIES FOR EXECUTING ASIA PACIFIC DIRECTION OF ITS POLICY

The focus on Russian Far East development announced by Russian president in 2013 and the turnaround of Russian foreign policy towards the East due to contemporary crisis of the system of international relations have created additional prerequisites for close integration between the Russian Federation and its Far Eastern constituent entities and APR countries. The author argues that the Russian Federation’s activity within the framework of BRICS, an internal institution with Russia having been its member for more than 10 years, fits well into the concept of its contemporary eastern policy. In the author’s opinion, given global tensions, BRICS’s institutional opportunities will promote the execution of Asia Pacific direction of Russian policy.

ESTIMATION OF PHYTOTOXICITY OF SOILS OF PRIMORSKY KRAY (FAR EASTERN FEDERAL DISTRICT) ON AGRICULTURAL POLLUTANTS BY HIGHER PLANTS

The pollution of agricultural soils in Primorsky Kray takes place due to the increase of the scale and territorial distribution of pollutants affecting the soil and biota in general.
In order to obtain a complete picture of the contamination of agrocenoses with agricultural pollutants, The authors studied a number of bioindicators which belong to different taxonomic groups of plants: spring wheat (Triticum aestivum L.), cockweed (Lepidium sativum L.), oat (Avena L.), soybean (Glycine L.), and radish (Raphanus sativus L.). Besides the seed cultures, we used a rickberry test, i.e. the water plants of the Lemnaceae family were as test objects, they are characterized by simplicity of structure, high reproduction speed and high sensitivity.

INCREASING BIOPOWER OF RUSSIAN SOILS

The author has estimated the safety of technogenic soils in the Tver region as a part of biomonitoring with the help of biotesting method. A model of soil reclamation is proposed as well, it is based on bioconversion methods of man-made wastes, humification of soils, and biotesting; the biotesting method includes the most stable tests of plants. Effective humified products are used to increase the organic matter content of soils and the productivity of energy plants and to reduce the material and energy costs for soil reclamation.

GENDER CHARACTERISTICS OF VICTIM BEHAVIOR AS A RESULT OF VIOLATION IN SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT

The paper concerns the specificity of the victim behavior in modern psychology, considering the gender aspects of victim behavior in the context of socialization. The authors found that it is worthwhile to consider the term “gender” in the system of such categories as “gender technology”, “gender identity”, “gender differentiation”, “gender role”, “gender stratification,” “gender stereotype”, “gender ideology”. It was found that gender as a social construct is formed during the process of socialization of the subject and is adopted in the form of complex behaviors, including the perception of the person and the world, identification of the social reality. Besides, it was found that gender differences appear in various spheres, in the nature of the victimization, the prevalence and the specificity of types of violence.

PATHOMORPHOLOGICAL FEATURES OF BRAIN INFARCTIONS AT CORONARY HEART DISEASE AND CEREBRAL ATHEROSCLEROSIS

As a result of a pathoanatomical research it is shown that the same embologenic forms of coronary heart disease in the presence of the expressed atherostenosis of brain arteries can cause development of heart attacks both as a result of a thromboembolism of arteries of a brain, and on the mechanism of vascular brain insufficiency. The distinctive symptoms of these brain infarctions confirming a possibility of differential diagnostics at patients with coronary heart disease and cerebral atherosclerosis of strokes of two pathogenetic subtypes – cardiogenic embolic and hemodynamic are established.
